Iraqi Palms Organization congratulates Playwrights on International Theater Day

On the occasion of International Theater Day Iraqi Palms Organization congratulates playwrights who founded a culture that protects humanity from severe illiteracy. Since the beginning of ancient societies, the Man discovered his serious need for theater, because theater stems from the depth human beings and keeps accompanying with him in every stage of his life. 
In the old days, Theater was named (The Father of Arts) for its keenness to spread all kind of arts on the stage. 
Iraqi Palms Organization recalls the comment of the German writer and theater director (Brecht), “Give me Bread and Theater  ... I will give you educated community”
No doubt, the importance of theater is one of the necessities of life for which Brecht put it equal to the bread.
Unfortunately, Iraqi playwrights have not got enough care or support, yet they presented their best to the Iraqis. In return the Iraqi Theater gave us genius and brilliant playwrights, such as: Sami Abdul Hameed – Taha Salem – Yousif Al-Anni – Adel Kadhim – Jwad Al-Asadi and others.
