The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Hamid Naim Al-Ghazi, opened an exhibition of Arabic calligraphy and decoration on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Iraqi state in 1921.
Mr. Al-Ghazi said that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers used to hold annual events for national occasions, and this occasion is a sign of hope to enter into a future phase in which the good for Iraq and Iraqis, and we look forward to Iraq to be a safe, stable and prosperous country, especially as we are on the verge of a democratic process, which is the holding of parliamentary elections On the 10th of next October.
The Secretary-General called on all the Iraqi people and the national political forces boycotting the elections to support the electoral process and return and participate in the elections, and to be keen on building the country and its interests and moving towards providing services and meeting the needs of the citizen.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition was held under the auspices of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, and with the efforts of one of the employees of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the calligrapher Yas Khudhair Muhammad, and this exhibition is considered to be his sixteenth.
